Jim Rowe
is a businessman who has lived in the Charleston area for 30 years and knows
how the area works. This knowledge is important as the Charleston area
is one of the most rapidly developing areas in the Southeast.
Jim has been in the commercial real estate business for ten years and during that time has been one of the leading producers of commercial real estate transactions in the Charleston area. He is recognized as an agent who knows how to get things done. In addition to his CCIM designation, Jim has completed the Urban Land Institute Real Estate Development School and other professional seminars in land use, planning development and 1031 exchanges. Prior to entering the commercial real estate business Jim started, developed, operated and sold an insurance business which serviced some of the largest organizations in the Charleston area. Jim serves his community. He is past president of the East Cooper Breakfast Rotary Club and has served on the boards of Hospice of Charleston, East Cooper Community Outreach and East Cooper Breakfast Rotary Club. He served on the Board of Architectural Variance Sullivan's Island for seven years and was a Junior Achievement teacher's assistant at Burke High School for five years. Jim is currently on the Charleston Ronald McDonald House Board of Directors and is in the Citadel Mentors Program.
